Diskripsi Produk

Product Description

  • ER308L is an Argon Tig Rod welding wire, suitable for welding stainless steel with low carbon content of 18% Cr – 18% Ni and 18% Cr-8% Ni. Due to the low carbon content, corrosion resistance is very good. Suitable for chemical industry, fertilizer plant and crude oil processing plant.
  • ER309L is an Argon Tig Rod welding wire, suitable for welding stainless steel with low carbon content of 22% Cr – 12% Ni and 18% Cr-8% Ni. Due to the low carbon content, corrosion resistance is very good. Suitable for chemical industry, fertilizer plant and crude oil processing plant.
  • ER316L is an Argon Tig Rod welding wire that has austenite microstructure welding results (wt% 19% Cr – 12% Ni – 2% Mo). Because it contains Mo, its resistance to acid and corrosion is very good. In high temperature conditions, its crack resistance is also very good.
Catatan Penggunaan:
Usage Notes:
  • Make sure the surface of the material to be welded is clean, free from dust and oil.
  • Use pure Argon gas, and DC- current.

Keunggulan Produk

Product Excellence

Easier Use
Easier Use

The fluid path is very good and easy to adjust.

More Effective Work
More Effective Work

Because ER308L, ER309L, ER316L contain ferrite, the crack resistance is very good, so it is rare to have “cracks” or pores in the welding results during X-ray testing. Reducing the risk of “cracks” or pores can help maximize work effectiveness because there is no need to repair or re-weld.

More Perfect Welding Results
More Perfect Welding Results

The visual result of the welding looks smoother.

More Guaranteed Quality
More Guaranteed Quality
  • Using the best wire material from NSSC Japan.
  • Quality Control of wire material composition is stricter, namely with lab tests on 5 types of wire material composition. In comparison, other products generally only test 3 types of composition.
